I recently enjoyed a 7 day Caribbean Sailing cruise - and 'enjoyed' is the key word! I have motion sickness just getting close to water. I was concerned about how I would be able to handle seven days on the water when a friend recommended the Relief Band - and it was a lifesaver! I have an older model of the Reliefband Flex that has worked so well with my motion sickness. It works for airplane trips, car trips and our Antarctica trip. The Drake Passage is one of the worst places for motion sickness with the Pacific, Atlantic, and Southern seas converging. Waves can top 40 ft. on some occasions. Our return trip was overwhelming and the Relief Band absolutely worked and I had no nausea at all. I’ve used it for small plane trips, etc. I had two of them and have one to a friend who can’t even ride in a car without feeling nausea and worse. I will always take the Relief Band with me on all our trips!
